Connie practices in the areas of environmental and natural resources law. Connie initially joined the firm as a Law Clerk while attending the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and was promoted to Associate Attorney upon her admission to the State Bar of Arizona in 2024. Throughout her time at HBC, Connie has assisted clients with conducting internal compliance audits, developing customized environmental training, and corporate sustainability efforts. She has provided clients with regulatory assistance to comply with the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, and similar state rules. 

 

During law school, Connie was a Rule 39(c)(4) Certified Student Attorney and represented pro bono clients in their post-conviction proceedings. 

 

Prior to joining HBC, Connie worked in creative advertising for over a decade overseeing award-winning campaigns for brands such as American Express, IBM, Jim Beam, Novo Nordisk, Kimberly-Clark, Corning Incorporated, EmblemHealth, Hiscox, and more.
